been soooooooooo long since i last updated huh?
almost been a year... tsk tsk tsk... >.<

Surely much much much more things have happened after that fateful day of meeting Hwanhee~~~ (yeah i could go yapping and yapping about it... kkkk~~~)

and i had been so busy doing so many other things (school included! kkk~~) within that time, i barely had time to update. ㅜ.ㅜ

But right now, i'm back to updating!!~ yey!!~

ȯÈñ!!!~ hehehehe....

So, what is this all about? Well... i found out that the drama, Over the Rainbow (which cutie Hwanhee is acting in... ^^) will have a shoot wherein they needed extras... fans who would get crazy in front of the camera for Hwanhee... Hahaha... Of course i love Hwanhee, and i'd wanna see him again so i really wanted to go... so i asked some of the peeps in Hwanhee's cafe for help and i was blessed to have known some nice people. ^^ They helped me see Hwanhee. ^^ Yey!~

The shoot was scheduled a week ago, but it was postponed twice due to rains... it finally happened last Sunday, and i didn't know about it until one of my cafe friends called me up to let me know about it. I had other schedules for that day but i had to make adjustments... for the love of Hwanhee. ^^

So, after tutorial, i dashed to take a bus going to Seoul.... i was lucky cos the bus was about to leave in 5 minutes! (man, it was meant for me to go!!~ hahaha....) and so i went to Seoul, yey~~~ Crazy, i thought, specially that i just went to Seoul the day before to celebrate a friend's birthday.. (an entry on that in a while. ^^)

Anyway, finally went to Seoul and met the cafe friends... ^^ They're nice. And spoke no english but it's okay... we got to communicate somehow, inspite of my minor korean skills. hehehehe...

The 2 other stars, Kim Okbin (pretty!) and Ji something (sorry, dunno the name)... were there to shoot at around 4pm... we were waiting since 1pm!!! >.<

Pretty Okbin... really pretty, and she's so playful around the set. She's really sweet and so childish (at least to her PAs.... haha...) and very professional.... she worked long hours (i think even longer than Hwanhee)

Hwanhee didn't come until around 6pm... OkBin and the other guy... (Ji something.. my bad. x.x) was already shooting around 4 pm (and we waited since 1pm, btw....) with the student extras... the scene was a school festival....

Hwanhee's manager drove the Chevrolet (forgot the model) over at the other side of the grounds... and all the younger ones started running to the car... then they parked and Hwanhee was playing some song in the car... we were trying to hear what song it was he's playing... and so the others are trying to get near the car too... and guess what he did? He turned the speakers louder. Haha... so cute~~~ And then.. at around 6 something, the manager drove the car over at the other side, to be parked near the other stars' cars....

he finally went down and walked to the tent, where OkBin and the other guy were waiting. And that's when i got to sneak near them.. soooo near, i could grab Hwanhee if i dared to. And even hit Okbin on the head if i wanted to (but she's so cute and nice, i won't want to do mean things to her. hehehehe...) Everyone's attention was on Hwanhee, the other 2 casts weren't much mobbed.... But everyone's at a distance, that's discipline i must say. ^^

and so i got to take those pics that i had...

Hwanhee's really so near me, i couldn't believe it!!~ I got a very good view... hehehehe... He was doing makeup here and just waiting for things to get ready until they did their scenes...

Other things he did were when he had breaks, he talked to the fans... yes, we were near him and he would just talk casually to the fans... the fans asked him how he is, if he's tired... and he just replied nicely... i, on my part, can't say a word. I'm tongue tied. I had the whole night to practice whatever korean i can say but... no words can come out. >.<

During one of the breaks, Hwanhee went to play basketball with some of the dancers and staff.... it's a 2 on 2 game... and some fans went to watch him, and he's sooooo cute and good at basketball!! We cheered whenever he shoots, and one of his dancers (who's pretty funny and always talks to the fans...) was complaining why he doesn't get shouts when he shoots.. and so we also shouted for him. funny. hahahahaha... and then... hwanhee took his polo shirt off! (the red one) and was in a tank top when he was playing.... man, he knows how to please the fans. hahahaha.. he's so cute playing, and when the producers were calling up the some of the fans to go back to the stage cos they will shoot, fans won't just budge and kept on watching hwanhee play.... hahahahaha...

and then he had to go back to his car to freshen up for his shoot. ^^

another thing... during one of the "cellphone scene".... when he's not taking the scene, he flips his phone very fast, and plays with it.. tosses it up the air so fast, really fast.. the phone makes many turns up the air before it goes back down to his hands... impressive. hahaha... funny thing, one fan tried imitating him, tossed the phone too but can't seem to do it the way he does it, and so he saw it and laughed.... sooooo cute!!!~ and seeing that most of the fans are students, and it's late at night, hwanhee said to them, "not going? home?" (in korean).... heheheh.... so cute... ^^

I went to ask for a sign btw... I asked Hwanhee in korean, but he did not reply and looked at his manager for permission... but the manager said "no" and that i can get the sign after the shoot. Of course i waited. ^^ But i can't resist not asking again, specially seeing that Hwanhee had quite a lot of free time and he's actually bored waiting... hahahhaa.... but i got refused for the 2nd time by the manager (i was shy to come up to Hwanhee again. hahahaha...) .... and so when the shoot was over, at around 3:40 am.... I hurriedly went to Hwanhee (just before he was about to go to his car...) and called to him... and asked for a sign.

Still, no words came out of my mouth, except for "can you please sign? (in korean)" and.... then, he asked me, "how do you spell your name?" (knowing that i'm foreigner...) so, i said, "Paola..." Then he hurriedly wrote B-A.. then i said, "oh, no.. it's P".. then he insisted, "Yeah, "B"!~" (hahahaha... ) then i said, no, like this... (and then wrote on the air, "P"), then he erased what he wrote and wrote "P"... hahahaha... and then i dictated the rest of the letters... hehehehe.... ^^~ Then after, i only said, "Thank you! Kamsahamnida~" And shook his hand. And went away happy.

But somehow, i was regretful that i was too tongue-tied to speak. I could have said lotsa things, on how FTTS is adored by many foreign fans... but i wasn't able to. I could not say a word. I was too shocked at his very presence in my very eyes... all throughout the night. So... yeah.. I wish for a next time. ^^

They wrapped things up at around 3:30am... everyone was so tired, but OkBin was sooo nice, bowing to every staff and thanking them... and she has a smile on her face.... She left earlier cos she finished earlier, leaving only Hwanhee at the set... Hwanhee had to finish last, and i bet he's so tired... I wanted to tell him to have a good rest, but yeah, i was tongue tied. Grrrr.....

I shook his hand and it felt warm and thick, maybe cos he is a biker and plays basketball a lot..

We had to wait for the subway to start at around 5:30, and then i rushed back to home cos i had work at 8... just in time, i got to catch the earliest train... man, i was really meant to go and see Hwanhee! hahaha... i got back to school at 8 and took a shower and went to my part time jobs...

I was so tired and sleepy, but i'm happy. I got to see Hwanhee. (that rhymes!)

For a while, my only Pinay friend here in Korea was Cathy.
But thanks to her, i got to know a few more "Ates" here, when she brought me to meet them at her and her other friend's birthday celebration..

After eating at VIPS... (the eat all you can place... yum!~^^), we went to Norebang and Cathy and Zoella (did i spell her name right?) blew their cake... Cheesecake, yum!!~ hahahahhaa... We rocked the norebang place with English, Korean and even Tagalog songs!!!~  hehehehehe...

 

We had to separate at around 6 and some of the Ates had to go home (with kids tugged... cute cute kids... ^^) and Cathy and I went to the record bar. Hehehe... CD shopping. Haha.

It was fun knowing them, they're really nice... I had a good time. ^^

So, everyone here in Korea's on World Cup high, winning over Togo and tying with France, until this fateful day of June 24... where they lost to Switzerland. (wow, quite a summary of events huh? Finished in one sentence. hehehe..)

It's just so sad, specially that the Koreans are all out on supporting their team. Everyone goes out to the streets to watch the game with the whole nation on big screens and everyone's so cheery and really wishing hard that their team would win.

And that included me and my friend SeonJeong. We went to Seoul that Friday to go and watch with the whole nation, and man, it's so fun! And oh, TIRING.

So, we were at the Stadium at around 4 pm to queue and we got in at around 8 pm... and while we waited, there were some artists who cheered with the crowd... there were Bada, Lee Jung, Lyn, and Buzz! ^^

It was dead tiring to wait till 4am (yepp, the game was 4am the next day) but people were very much alive and enthusiastic for the game... they kept on doing cheers and singing and partying. hehehe... the whole stadium was filled, and some people weren't allowed to come in cos there's no more space in the stadium...

So, this was our cheering team. Hehe.. SeonJeong, YooRi and YoonJeong. ^^

It was a fun time cheering, (okay, i didn't really cheer that hard, i was dead tired and sleepy!!! >.< hehehehe.. i was half awake and half asleep during the game. shoot me. hahaha...)

I would like to give my props to the whole Korean population for cheering their team on until the last moments... and for the Korean Soccer Team for doing their best... they really did, but it wasn't just their day, Switzerland's got people on their side and gotta admit, they're a pretty good team and their goal keeper must be 8 feet tall. >.<

I don't have the ability to go and see him whenever I feel like it, so moments like this - scheduled fan signing - is all that i could depend on to get up close to him. So having missed seeing him up close for the nth time, i didn't let this chance pass me by...

So, i went to Seoul as early as i could possibly can (okay, i got there at around 8:30 am... dang, why do i have to live outside Seoul?! haha...) and found a very very long line... shocking. Well, not really. Haha... Some of the people slept at the line, cos it's a first come first served thingy. >.<
We waited a very very long time, and for a while, i feared that i can't make it to the cut, cos i misunderstood the big banner hanging outside... -.-;; turns out it says that the store will give signed CDs to the first 100 customers. haha... i thought they'll only have 100 fans for the signing. Hehe, my poor korean. >.<

Since i came alone, i got to meet a new friend.. her name's ÃÖ¿¹½½. (Choi YeSeul) ... she's very very soft spoken and so gentle, i thought she's so much younger but it turns out she's older than me by 2 years! >.< Anyway.. we were together all day, she went with me to places that i went to... and yeah, we were buddies that day. ^^

Anyway, so.. we waited for about 4 hours to get our numbers.. and then had lunch and then went back again to wait till 4 pm when we had to line up again. At around 5pm, the lines are getting more organized and so we just waited for the signing.

Finally, at around 5:30, se7en came in his van... my poor camera of course can't seem to get good shots but i still use it. Haha... anywho.. here's se7en getting off his van, he's the one wearing white. ^^

And then he went upstairs where the signing will be held.

And so, at around 6:30.. it was finally my turn to come up the siging place... I was very nervous, my heart was beating fast.. I was rehearsing what I'll say to se7en cos i might just stare at him blankly and say stupid nonsensical stuff... haha... I got into the room and was still in line... and i was really very nervous cos it's my first time to see se7en way way up close! ^^ Then it was finally my turn.

I was facing se7en, he's in front of me!!! Really can't believe it. TvT

So i said, "Àú´Â ÇØ¿Ü ÆÒÀÌ¿¹¿ä..." And then se7en goes, "Oh! ÇØ¿Ü ÆÒ! g------" (ÇØ¿Ü (haewae) means foreign^^) ... I didn't catch what he said next, something starting with 'g', but i'm quite sure he didn't really say anything.... hehe.. just mumbled. And since i'm shocked by his reaction (i mean, se7en, speaking with me!!! WOOOOHOOOOO!!!!), i wasn't really able to say anything but, "Yeah... yeah... " and smile crazily... Yepp, i was at a loss for words. Good thing se7en talked again and said, "So, what's your name?" (IN ENGLISH!!!~ ^^ ) then i went, "Oh, it's Paola. " Then se7en says, "Okay... (then goes to write my name... ^^) Then i remembered I have to tell him stuff that i practiced... Haha.. so i told him, "I gotta tell you this... you're a fantastic performer!" Then he shakes my hand and says "Thank You"... Then i had to leave, with a very very big smile on my face.

Definitely one of my happiest moments... It still seems like a dream to me... I'm dazed and still overwhelmed.

Too overwhelmed that's why I don't remember how goodlooking he was, how nice his smile was and how his hand felt like. Dang, really can't remember! >.< Hehe... Anyway, i just pray there will be a next time. ^^

hmmm... okay now about the concert...

this is the first night i'll talk about. ^^
the venue is new, and se7en's the first one to do a concert there (i think.) hehehe... and
it was a bit small, which was soooo nice cos everyone can see se7en very well...
I was already at C section but it's still soooo near! too bad i didn't bring my camera...
cos i was expecting my place would be too far and my camera won't be able to catch anything. hehehehe... too bad... x.x

Due to my bad memory, my mp3 player helped me a lot to remember the songs....
but dang, i was soooo excited and jumped up and down on the opening, it didn't record...

so... i forgot which song was opening. hahaha...
then he sang ³­¾Ë¾Æ¿ä nan arayo.... hehehe... and after every track, he would talk...hehehe... he's sooo talkative that night, and very flirtatious too.... hahaha... he'd always touch himself and flirt with the peeps up front... hehehe.. and it's such a treat, he did the push up remix.... so peeps up front got to see him do the pushup right in front of their very eyes!~ hehehehe.... he also sang Çѹø´ÜÇѹø hanbon dan hanbon... just didn't know which came first. hehehe... then there were the slower songs... he sang Honey I Know (you should see him sway his body... sooooo sexy!!~) and then he sang Gummy's song, ±×´ë µ¹¾Æ¿À¸ékeude dora omyeon.... whoah, his rendition was so nice...^^ I wish Gummy went as guest that night.... and then there were the 2 girl guest singers... whoah, they're good!~ I didn't know their names... the first one is a bit older and she sang We Belong Together by Mariah Carey and then the next one was younger, so young and she still has braces... she sang Kelly Clarkson's A Moment Like this.... whoah....

and then after the guests.... se7en came out again this time, with the drumset... he first did a "We Will Rock You" part, and then he played the drums for Love Story... coolness!!!~ and then it's Oh No!~ His rapping is getting sooo good!!~ ^^ And then there was ¹ú·¡ beollae... too bad his hyungs didn't come as guests and rap for him... it would have been soooo much greater. hehehe.. ^^

Then he did the magic trick... hehehe... the magic trick for the first night was that there was this metal thing, sorta like a mirror but not... he asked the audience first if they want a beautiful girl to do it with him... he went searching for beautiful girls in the audience but he says there's none...then se7en was doing stuff with the "mirror".. saying, this thing here is so solid, blah blah, stuff that magicians say. hehehehe... he also did some sexy pose with the mirror... hahaha... soooo funny!!~ and oh, before that, he checked himself up in front of the mirror.... he said, "wow, my makeup looks good tonight!" hahahaha... sooo fun! hehehehe... well, he went behind the thing (i really dunno what i can call it! hahahaha...) and then put his hands through the holes for the people to see (of course not his.... haha...) then he was saying stuff, and then called out a girl who brought the red cloth.... then he held it and then dropped it.. boom, there was se7en standing right in front of us! ehehehe.... pretty ok, but everybody knew how he did it... anyway, it's soooo cute of him to do that. ^^

and then he went to sing again... there was ¾Ë¾Æ Ara and then he sang ±×³²ÀÚó·³ Like that man...And then ³ÊÀÌ±æ ¹Ù·¡ .... then after the slow songs, he exited and then they showed a video of him... he was singing his new song, showing only some parts of his face... so it's really (wow, handsome!~).... but then zoomed out to show the whole of his face... hahaha... he's got this dorky all gelled hair look, with glasses on and then he was sooooo funny, kissing up to the camera! hahahaha.... he was Chief Choi. hehehehe... then there was a secretary who came in his office and cut his funny acting short cos he had to act cool.

hahahaha.... then the secretary said about his schedule... hehehe.. soo busy and then he said he'd have to film his music video... they were thinking who could be his partner... and they showed Britney Spears' picture and se7en said: but she's married and has a kid! hehehe.. then someone else's picture, i forgot... x.x and then Angelina Jolie!!~ then se7en said: I'm sleepy (and then yawns...) {note: cos in korean, jolli-da means sleepy...} ... and then se7en sees Ivy on the TV and then the secretary was telling him, NO NO NO!! not her.... cos then if you pair up with her, you'd have scandals and stuff... hehehe... and then they showed some clips of the making of the video...

then se7en showed up in a red tanktop and sang ¹ã»õµµ·Ï All Night!~ hehehe... sooooo cute.... hehehe.. and also Baby I Like You Like That and then Hikari for the Japanese fans!~ He also greeted the Japanese fans in Japanese... ^^ Then he sang Baby U is all i need... and then ¿ÍÁà....

For ¿ÍÁà... at the middle of the song, he paused and thanked the audience for standing by him all throughout the years... and then he said he was very thankful for everything and continue to be hardworking and stuff... during this time, his voice started to break and then his breathing became heavier... it was a touching moment and he cried... it was soooo touching, i cried too... and then he said »ç¶ûÇÕ´Ï´Ù I love you!~ and then continued with the song... awwwwwwww... even until now, when i hear the Mp3 i recorded, i feel very moved when he sang ¿ÍÁà...

and then he exited and then people called out for encore...
so he came out again and then he was wearing some casual clothes... he said that the WorldCup is soooo hot right now and everyone's so excited about it and so was he... so... he first sang Korea's anthem and then went on to sing Yoon Do Hyun's worldcup song.... and he did the worldcup dance! hehehehe.. soooo funny!~ He sang Oh! Pilseung Korea.... very very fun thing... hehehehe... and then he sang Passion last....

after the last song... he gathered all his crew and introd them to everyone... hehehe.. then made a bow... very very nice concert. ^^

*oh, he also sang ¹®½Å Tattoo and The One... my mp3 player failed me so i didn't know where he sang those... x.x

Okay, so that was the concert account... ^^ Here's some more that happened to me on that day:

Well, i bought some concert merchandise, for me and some friends over at Soompi... i bought se7en's perfume Touch (and it smells soooooo good!!! hehehe... nevermind that it's $40, it's se7en's perfume!!! PLUS, it comes with a photobook!!! i'm a sucker for photobooks. hahahaha...)

So, i bought three Touch perfumes and the sellers were like: "whoah, you must really love se7en." hehehehehe... they can't believe i bought soooo much! hahaha... (and i had more bags with se7en's merchandise in it.. hahaha...)

For the first 40 people, they will give a signed poster... and i wasn't able to be in that first 40 list.... But since i'm a foreigner (haha....) and i bought soooo many, the very very nice girls gave me a new bag with the signed poster.. waaaaaahhh!!! SOOOOOOOO nice!!~ And then to my surprise, i checked it out and it also has a signed CD!!!~ I didn't know that the signed CD would be included.... i dunno if others also got it... so.. i'm very very very happy!~ ^^

And then I made new friends... ^^

They two girls at my left are Japanese and the girl on my right's American (but she lives in Japan... ^^) I watched the concert with them and it was soooo fun!~ ^^ The left most girl is (i dunno her name .... >.<) and then before me is Miwa and then Anita... ^^

It was a holiday yesterday cos of election... and thanks to my Pinoy fangirl friends, i was informed about the Shinhwa signing event... to which i was so excited to go to.

And so i went to Seoul, by myself....

Shopped for CDs that can be signed (for friends!~) , walked around and then went to where one signing would be held. (They have this "fun" system they used wherein they put all 6 members in 6 different locations for signing... gah... >.<)

I went at a fairly early time, and then i got the news: It's on a first come first served basis, you have to buy the CD early at the place where they will have the signing and then you're given a friggin number! >.< And it's for a limited 200 fans only. Ho-humm... so i just stayed and tried to have a glimpse of whoever will go there...

 

Hehehe.... too many people and the signing was held at a shoot-off little corner by the bookstore entrance... they're that selfish, not letting other people see this guy:

And after a few seconds of seeing this pretty face....Cathy called me up and she said she's there already, to meet me... i gave up doing ballerina tip toes (cos the kids are soooo tall... hahahaha...) and went away. There went my Shinhwa moment.

 

 

Happy happy happy cos my request got picked over at Pops in Seoul! yey!!~

Well, i only wrote one letter, and i didn't really expect to win this time cos so many others are requesting... so, i was really happy that i won..and i wanted Epik High's CD so badly.... but.. they sent me BoA's 2nd album.... okay. ^^;

and then..... i was browsing Soompi and i saw this:

Okay, so i've been neglecting Jaejoong for a long while now... i know i haven't been paying much attention to him since all these things came up (well, Shinhwa's and Fly To The Sky's concerts came up. hahaha...) and I haven't got much of my daily dose of TVXQ! love, except for a few photobooks and DVDs that i bought and spazzed on over night. Hehehehe....

But yeah, recently, i haven't been taking care of Jaejoong, i mean, i haven't seen new clips of him, nor heard anything new about him.... Well, there's the Korea World Cup song they released (that i only have heard once), and the new video they released too (that i've watched only once.) So, i'm that bad to him, huh?

No wonder he's trying to get my attention and remind me that I'm his. Hahahaha....

33 is my most favorite number. I'm a sucker for 3, 33... 333.... 0003.... wherever there is 3. I loooove 3. And Jaejoong's shirt... has got 33 on its back. What a way to catch my attention.

But it also made me think.... Jaejoong really must be for me. I mean, we're meant to be! (together? i pray. hahaha...) Why, of all numbers must he choose 33? Or if he didn't choose it, why must it be chosen for him, to be put on the back of his shirt? Why of all numbers?! and why, had i been sent to Cheonan, Chungnam Province, of all the provinces in Korea, for my exchange program? Why? (Chungnam btw, is Jaejoong's province. hahaha...) WHY?! (not that i'm complaining. hahahah....)  hehehehe.... this is a sign. Hahaha....

and oh oh oh... i must show you...

hahaha, not THE Kim JunSu, Xiah that we know about though... hahahaha...  i saw this on one of the doors of the professors and it caught my eyes.... hahaha, sooooo funny, and there even was a vandalism on it, written "XIAH" between Kim and JunSu. hahahaha....

interesting. i wonder if he's got the cute smile and the killer voice too? hahaha.. i won't dare find him though.... hehehehe....

Last Saturday (yepp, same day as the FTTS Concert. ^^), I went on a fieldtrip together with the other foreign students, all of them Chinese. ^^

We went to Seoul! Hehehehe..

First off, we went to the °æº¹±Ã Kyeongbokgung... it's a palace during the Joseon Period.

there was the ceremonial guard exchange that they put on for show, and it was pretty interesting. ^^

of course, the palace had the traditional hand-painted ceilings and stuff...

this is sorta like the assembly area? well, i can't recall what they do here, but if you watch Jewel in The Palace or Goong, you might know. ^^

and then we went to

Insadong is a place in Seoul, more on the artsy and traditional stuff.... i think. ^^

i think this is the only place in Seoul that still has the traditional roads and houses...

and some interesting piece....

*in case you can't figure out what the hell this is, it is a collection of decorated toilet seats hung on a board outside one building... ^^

and this is Starbucks in Insa-dong area... they got Starbucks' name in hangeul, ½ºÅ¸¹÷½º Ä¿ÇÇ... read as: Sta-beok-seu keopi. hehehe.. ^^

there was a traditional Korean wedding show that day, and i was very excited to see it... but my friends didn't feel like seeing it, so, i just took a pic with this random girl in hanbok. ^^ hahaha...

That was a fun fieldtrip... BUT of course, what came after was even more fun.
